• Content you provide: photos, images and text prompts you upload or write to generate AI videos.
• Account & purchase data: if you create an account or buy a subscription, your platform (Apple or Google) handles payment; we receive limited transaction and entitlement data.
• Usage & device data: app version, device type, operating system, language, crash logs and anonymized interaction events.
• Website analytics: aggregated, privacy-friendly analytics events such as page views and App Store / Google Play button clicks.

• To generate AI videos from your prompts, photos and images.
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Service.
• To process subscriptions, prevent abuse and provide support.
• To understand which features and content are useful (in aggregate).

To generate a video, your prompt and uploaded media may be processed by third-party AI model providers that power the models available in the app. These providers process your input only to return a generated result. Model availability may vary by app version, region and provider access. We do not sell your content.

Our website uses privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to measure aggregate traffic and conversion events, including iOS_App_Store_Click and GooglePlay_Store_Click. These events are not used to build advertising profiles about you. We use only the cookies and local storage necessary for the Service to function and to remember your preferences.

We share information only with:

• AI model and infrastructure providers strictly to deliver the Service.
• Apple and Google for app distribution, payments and required platform functions.
• Authorities where required by law, or to protect rights, safety and security.

We retain content and data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your data as described below.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@veo-video.app.

The Service is not directed to children under the age required by your local law (and at least 13). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
