VIBE is an AI video generator app that helps you create AI videos from prompts, photos, images and creative ideas using a range of AI video models. The Service helps you explore Google Veo 3.1-style and other model-style AI video workflows where supported.

VIBE is not the official app of Google, Google DeepMind, OpenAI, Kling, Seedance, PixVerse, Hailuo, Luma, WAN or any other model provider, and is not owned by, partnered with or endorsed by them unless explicitly stated. Model names such as "Google Veo 3.1" and "Sora 2" are referenced for search clarity and user understanding only. Model availability may change at any time based on app version, region, provider access and product configuration.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You retain ownership of the photos, images and prompts you provide ("Input") and, subject to these Terms and applicable model licenses, the videos you generate ("Output"). You grant us a limited license to process your Input and Output solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any Input you upload and that your use does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• Infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Depicts non-consensual, harmful, deceptive or illegal material.
• Impersonates a real person in a misleading or harmful way.
• Violates applicable laws or third-party platform rules.

AI-generated results vary and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. Results depend on the uploaded photo, prompt quality, selected model, style, motion settings and video settings. The Service is intended for creative exploration and concepting and does not replace professional video production. We do not guarantee specific results, realism, performance, reach or virality.

If you plan to use generated videos commercially, you are responsible for checking the app's terms, the applicable model provider's licensing details and any relevant platform rules before publishing or monetizing AI-generated videos.

Paid features may be offered as subscriptions or one-time purchases processed by Apple or Google. Billing, renewals and refunds are subject to the applicable app store's policies. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

The Service, including its software, design, branding and the VIBE name and logo, is owned by Rocket Digital AI and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks except as needed to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
